Background made on Serif Craft Artist 2. Glitter added to water and sentiment (SN clear glitter pen)
Digi image from Scrappers Delight coloured with Pro Markers.Sakura gloss pen added to lips nails and fish Sukura gold pen used for dots on bikini then 3D mounted.
Blue card cut from a Tattered Lace Die white card placed on top wonky angle and then placed on main card.
Green 3D half circles placed down both sides and glittered with SN glitter pen. (made using a small circle punch,shaped and mounted on 3D foam)
